Our Statement of Faith
Faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of everything we do. We believe God's Word provides the truth, wisdom, and guidance we need to navigate life's challenges, strengthen our relationships, and grow in our walk with Him.
Our ministry is rooted in biblical truth and the belief that God's grace, love, and transforming power can bring hope and healing, even in life's most difficult seasons.
The following beliefs guide our teaching, encouragement, and the resources we share.
God
We believe in one true and eternal God, the Creator and Sustainer of all things. He has always existed and reveals Himself in three distinct but equally divine persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
God is holy, loving, faithful, and sovereign over all creation. His character never changes, and His wisdom and purposes extend beyond what we can see or understand.
Scripture: Genesis 1:1, 26–27; Psalm 90:2; Matthew 28:19–20; 2 Corinthians 13:14
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life and willingly gave His life on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for our sins.
Through His death and resurrection, Jesus conquered sin and death, making forgiveness and reconciliation with God possible for everyone who places their faith in Him.
We believe He rose bodily from the grave on the third day, ascended into heaven, and will one day return as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
Jesus is our Savior, our Redeemer, and the ultimate expression of God's love for humanity.
Scripture: Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1–5, 14; Romans 5:8; 1 Corinthians 15:3–5; Acts 1:9–11; Revelation 19:16
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God and is actively at work in the world and in the lives of believers.
From the moment we receive Jesus Christ as Savior, the Holy Spirit dwells within us, guiding us into truth, strengthening our faith, and helping us live according to God's Word.
He comforts us in our struggles, convicts us of sin, equips us with spiritual gifts, and produces the fruit of the Spirit as we grow in our relationship with Christ.
We believe that through the Holy Spirit, God continues to transform our hearts, renew our minds, and empower us to live lives that honor Him.
Scripture: John 14:16–17, 26; John 16:7–13; Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:22–25; Ephesians 1:13–14
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, written through human authors under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Scripture is trustworthy, without error in what it teaches, and the ultimate authority for our faith, beliefs, and daily living.
We believe God's Word is as relevant today as when it was written. It provides wisdom for our decisions, direction for our relationships, correction when we lose our way, and encouragement when life becomes difficult.
The Bible is the foundation of our ministry, and we seek to faithfully apply its timeless truths to the real challenges families face today.
Scripture: Psalm 119:105, 160; Proverbs 30:5; 2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21
Humanity
We believe every person is created in the image of God and possesses inherent worth, dignity, and value.
God created us for a relationship with Him, but sin entered the world through human disobedience, separating humanity from the perfect relationship He intended.
We believe every person has sinned and falls short of God's holiness. No amount of personal effort, good works, or self-improvement can restore our relationship with God.
Because of His great love and mercy, God provided the way for reconciliation through His Son, Jesus Christ.
We believe every person is deeply loved by God and in need of His grace, forgiveness, and redemption.
Scripture: Genesis 1:27; Psalm 8:3–8; Isaiah 53:6; Romans 3:23–24; Romans 5:8
Salvation
We believe salvation is a gift of God's grace, freely offered to us through faith in Jesus Christ.
It cannot be earned through good works, religious practices, or our own efforts. Salvation comes through acknowledging our need for a Savior, turning from sin, and placing our trust in Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross.
Through faith in Him, we receive forgiveness, are reconciled to God, and are given the gift of eternal life.
We believe salvation marks the beginning of a new life in Christ, one in which God continues to shape our hearts, renew our minds, and transform the way we live.
Scripture: John 1:12–13; John 3:16; Romans 5:1–2; Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8–10; Titus 3:5–6
Eternity
We believe God created human beings with an eternal destiny.
The Bible teaches that eternal life is found through faith in Jesus Christ and that those who receive His gift of salvation will spend eternity in His presence.
We also believe Scripture teaches the reality of eternal separation from God for those who reject His offer of salvation.
Heaven and Hell are real, and the choices we make regarding Jesus Christ have eternal significance.
Our hope rests in the promise of eternal life through Christ and the assurance that God's love, justice, and faithfulness endure forever.
Scripture: John 3:16–18; John 14:1–3; Romans 6:23; Revelation 20:11–15; Revelation 21:1–4
Our Heart for This Ministry
While these beliefs form the foundation of our faith, they also shape the way we seek to love and serve others.
We believe biblical truth and genuine compassion belong together.
We believe every person has value, every family has a story, and no situation is beyond God's ability to bring healing, growth, and redemption.
We believe parents can remain faithful to their convictions while extending grace, demonstrating unconditional love, and building healthier relationships with their adult children.
And we believe that even when circumstances do not change as quickly as we hope, God is still at work.
Our desire is to encourage parents to grow in faith, walk in wisdom, release what they cannot control, and trust God with the people they love most.
