I'm Kathy
Most people know me as a mom, a wife, and a coach for parents of adult children. But really? Iâm just like you â learning, growing, and trusting God one day at a time.
I believe we are more than the mistakes behind us or the struggles in front of us. Thereâs hope for your heart and your family, and itâs never too late for healing and deeper connection.
Come walk this journey with me â letâs trade guilt and fear for grace, growth, and a love that lasts.
Â
My StoryÂ
The daughter of loving but imperfect parents, I grew up believing that if I just worked hard, kept the peace, and did everything âright,â life â and my family â would turn out fine.
I carried this belief into motherhood, pouring my heart into raising my children the best way I knew how. But like so many parents, I discovered that even our best intentions canât control every outcome â and sometimes, life takes heartbreaking turns.
When my son struggled with addiction, my carefully built world was turned upside down. And the struggles I faced with my daughter forced me to look within myself and ask hard questions: What did I need to learn, change, and mature in?
It was in those messy, refining seasons that God gently showed me that real love requires courage, healthy boundaries, surrender, and grace â for my children, and for myself.
That journey changed me forever. Now, my greatest calling is to help other parents of adult children break free from guilt, fear, and old patterns so they can build healthy, hope-filled relationships and live in the freedom Christ offers.
If youâre ready to trade worry for trust and walk in grace with your adult child, Iâm here to walk alongside you.
