Journey Forward is not about learning how to fix or change your adult child. We cannot control another adult’s choices, beliefs, behavior, or response.
Instead, we will learn healthier ways to respond spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and practically while trusting God with the outcome.

Kathy Cunningham, MCC, D.D., is a Christian counselor, life coach, speaker, and founder of Grace Restored, a ministry dedicated to helping parents of adult children build healthier relationships without losing themselves in the process. Drawing from both professional training and her own family’s journey through addiction, codependency, strained relationships, and restoration, Kathy combines biblical wisdom with practical tools to help parents find healing, establish healthy boundaries, and trust God with their adult children.

The purchasing church may:
- Use Journey Forward across all campuses and satellite locations belonging to the same church organization
- Run multiple Journey Forward groups at the same time
- Provide the digital workbook to participants for their personal use
- Provide facilitator materials to church-approved leaders
The purchasing church may not:
- Share the course with a separate church, ministry, organization, or independent congregation that is not part of the purchasing church organization
